Dimension of Vision is Geng Jianyi's first video art work,which is about the eyes of a dying duck shot along with a last ditch struggling voice. The artists paid a lot attention to the timing of visual. The timing was deliver via detention of sound and images. He had tried to focus on thinking of timing in his painting dated back to 1980s. The distance between sight and psychology is what the artist concentrated to explore, but it needs to be pointed out that the purpose of establishing such distance is to set up communication based on distance , not to draw a line between art and audience.
