My wife and I have been retired for many years and now we are leading a simple life. The house is too small for so many people and it's shabby. It was flooded in the rainstorm two days ago. We hope to improve our living condition. Although this area has been circled for goverment use, we don't think we can afford a new apartment. The best way is that the government can allot an apartment to us.
