Introduction:
Post Nora is an exhibition with female artists from Norway and China at Today Art Museum, Beijing in 2006. Nora, a symbol of women's awakening and emancipation, is the heroine of Henrik Ibsen's play A Doll House. The present exhibition brought together paintings, sculptures, installations and video works, by seven Chinese and seven Norwegian artists, in an attempt to explore the role of women in the Post Nora age.
