ShanghART Gallery’s SUHE Space is pleased to present anologue chapter 2, a solo exhibition by artist Shao Yuxuan, on view from August 2 to September 6. Co-organized with PETITREE Gallery, this two-part project unfolds in consecutive chapters to form a cohesive artistic narrative.
Curated and written by Qianqian, the exhibition preface unfolds in four parts, each offering a response to one of the four essays featured in Shao Yuxuan’s publication a||over. While all four texts originate from the artist himself, their intentions diverge—appearing, from a distance, more like visual formations of coded language than conventional writing.
