Wang Xin's series on paper employs powdered pigment and mineral materials as primary mediums, observing and distilling the relationship between the external structures of nature and the body and their internal cavities. This approach initiates an exploration of intermediate cosmic states: juxtaposing death, rebirth, and desire in the material world with fundamental cosmic particles—microorganisms, atoms, molecules, crystals, and cells—to deconstruct their tremors, compressions, reorganizations, and transformations. The work expresses a profound interest in constructing gateways and exits for multidimensional cosmic spaces.
