In an era where algorithmically generated imagery, biological materials, and global digital networks converge, Neo-Link: The Future of Art presents over 50 artworks exploring how artists treat technology as a transformative force. The exhibition examines multiple layers of inquiry, ranging from the reconstruction of intelligence and data to ecological awareness, from individual existence to global interconnection.
Participating artists include Anish Kapoor, Christine Sun Kim, Damien Hirst, Fang Lijun, Gerhard Richter, Jaffa Lam, Luke Jerram, Olafur Eliasson, Refik Anadol, Tobias Rehberger, Vajiko Chachkhiani, Yunchul Kim, Zadok Ben-David, Zeng Fanzhi, Zhan Wang, Zhang Xiaogang, etc. Within the context of the group exhibition, their diverse practices form an extending “link,” through which differentiated individual practices generate cultural resonance via connectivity. The exhibition probes emerging paradigms of creation and aesthetic experience in contemporary art, and weaves a splendid vision of the new era with a globally linked discourse at the intersection of technological and cultural domains.
