In For A Bigger Photo 2018, the photocollages coated with traditional Chinese lacquer are made of old photographic paper developed in the darkroom. Every test paper that should be abandoned presents multiple levels of light with different exposure times. As time goes by, eroded traces of the developer and the colours become even more natural on the photographs. Parts of images sticked together in this work are added a moisturizing feeling as well as a sense of vitality by the traditional Chinese lacquer finish.
