The name of the work is derived from a line of nursery rhyme from the artist's childhood, which he had handwritten onto the surface of clay word by word. The combination of the suitcase and the clay creates a sense of decline, and the various objects attached to the surface metaphorize the difficulty of moving forward, and the hardship of journey.
