As we all know that, basic elements of image, like event, character, status, are loaded with strong bias and guidance when used by media. In other words, main body of the visual
information used by media is able to convey the key points completely and clearly overall.
If we select some subordinated but necessary visual elements from a certain clip, such as supporting scenes, objects and state, then how will people understand these?
For instance, when reports describe an event, there are images necessary to represent the main character, but does not reflect the demands of the media. We will use these typical but meaningless visual fragments to explore the whole idea. (Take a close-up in reports of the upper half of cloth together with the lower half of the character, which made a picture "incomplete". Meanwhile, a new “complete” composition is thus produced.) This turned the supporting images to be subjects. What do we see now? What has happened?
