「Le Degré Zéro de La Douceur」 is a device inside a closed freezer that is formed by the continuous artificial injection of a mixture of crystals and liquids produced by sweeteners (extreme sweeteners) in a cryogenic environment structure. The materials used in the installation are commercial or laboratory grade refrigeration equipment, which is adjusted and maintained at a low temperature close to 0°C (approximately -2°C to 0°C)
to maintain a frozen, but not fully solidified state; the sweetener in the form of particles, crystals or solutions is distributed on the surface of the natural honeycomb bionic structure, where it is condensed and frosted to create a crystalline effect.
